Design and lead collaborative design workshop for expert team to design programs. Conduct user testing sessions and train regional (Thailand) teams to execute the same testing protocol. Analyse user data and recommend improvements. Write academic research manuscript to publish in international paper. 

Introduced Design Thinking method to Siriraj Hospital for the first time. Make all stakeholders see possibilities of using innovative process to tackle cultural problems such as hierarchy, fear of feedback and lack of collaboration (which are number 1 cause of hospital death in the US before cancer). Designed and lead Design Thinking workshop for different projects in hospital and health sectors. 

Assisted in teaching medical physiology to preclinical MD students

Managed Internal Medicine Intensive Care Unit Septic Shock Fast Track for a month. Responsible for patient ward rounding, OPD, and night-shift as assigned, covering 100-200 patients at night. Served in district level hospital for three months. Conducted behavioural science research related to child and adolescent psychiatry and got selected to attend young research fellowship held by Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Association (World-wide)
