Oversee operations across core business units of RISE in all key markets (Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore)
> RISE's Corporate Innovation University (CIU): Outcome-driven innovation program for corporate innovators
- Lead the design and development of innovation programs and workshops that bring about innovator mindsets and skillsets to fulfill clients' innovation strategy
- Supervise a team of program director/managers in delivering highly experiential and effective innovation programs for clients

> RISE's Global Accelerator Program (GAP): A problem focused, result driven accelerator program where corporates' pain points meet the cure from world-class startups
- Supervise a team of consultants and program managers in scouting and screening world-class growth stage startups to collaborate with leading Thai and Southeast Asia corporations
- Ensure the direction of the program create win-win opportunities for both startups, corporate partners and community & ecosystem network

Own full responsibilities of Amazon Global Selling business in Thailand whose core focus is helping Thai businesses, big and small, expand cross-border with Amazon marketplace services and logistics solution.
> Develop country growth plan, operating plan and execution plan.
> Recruit and grew seller acquisition and account management team.
> Supervise business development and partnerships on growing cross-border eCommerce ecosystems.
> Supervise country marketing, lead generation and data analytics.
> Initiate Seller Education and onboarding program "Amazon Jumpstart Thailand"

Sales:
> Grow Thai Small and Medium Business market through sales and strategic partnerships
> Build and manage a team of account managers and partner managers who work closely with advertisers and agencies of all size in Thailand
> Drive growth by increasing media buying and planning capability for agencies through training programs
> Manage relationships with key agencies and key advertisers in Thailand
> Educate and empower long tail SME advertisers through scale initiatives

Business Development:
> Make business cases to secure resources and investment from regional teams and head quarter to fund projects for Facebook in Thailand
> Connect regional teams with potential business partners in Thailand and vice versa. Example: Facebook Live, Facebook Instant Articles and Facebook Marketing Partners, Messenger Stickers etc.
> Represent Facebook as a key spoke person for Thailand for all SME and advertising products matters

Product Development:
> Advocate Social Commerce trend in Thailand and South East Asia and influence Facebook product roadmap to address local market needs. Example: Facebook Page Messaging (Inbox), Facebook Shop, Facebook Payment etc.
> Source and synthesize market insights and product feedback to engineering teams
> Engage actively in product design and feature prioritization. Ensure that product roadmap and features will address local market needs
> Collaborate with Product Managers and marketing team in defining go-to-market strategy
> Involve in market research and product development process. Build and maintain a network of businesses for research focus groups, and alpha/beta test product prototypes
