Jo is an investment professional with 9 years of buy-side experience in Thailand and Southeast Asia. He’s currently a Principal at SeaX Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests globally. Prior to SeaX, Jo worked for a broad range of institutional investors including Ares SSG (special situations/distressed investments), PROPARCO (development/impact investments), Lakeshore Capital (growth capital), and Bangkok Bank (direct investment). Apart from his primary career, Jo occasionally teaches investment and financial modelling as adjunct/guest speaker at Assumption University. Jo holds an MBA from Oxford University, and BBA from Assumption University. He is a CFA® charterholder and a certified financial risk manager (FRM®).
