Responsibility on UX (user research, information architecture, site hierarchy, and user flows) an UI (design system and visual design) that involving with the spin-off digital product, called Athena Mentor (this website).

UX processes are executed in my role, starting from the analytics from questionnaires, survey and both personal and group interviewed. 

After that the following researches are implemented, competitive analysis, user journey maps, and user flows are also created by the help within a team to lessen errors or pain points that may be overlooked while illustrate the overall picture to stakeholders before proceeding to UI stage. 

A design system for all devices are implemented. In the development process, usability testing are conducted to test the achievement on specific tasks and evaluate whether the they meet user’s requirements and measure if they can be achieved easier by the help of ease of human psychology. All of these processes are organised in the Agile way.

Design digital elements based on user’s request, such as display banners ad, websites design, banners, corporate brand guidelines, social media static-video ad, social media static- video content, Line sticker. 

Able to use Google Web Designer and Adobe related software to execute display ad banners for many clients, for instance IHG groups, InterContinental, Mason, CIMB THAI, 137 Pillars Bangkok, JARAS, At Mind Group, etc.

As a coordinator, and the leader of the retouch team (3 members excluded myself), I have to check images’ details before send to print, plus check relevancies between products, text and their provided toolboxes in the software called Censhare, which stores companies’ assets such as images, copies and claims, in order to ensure that each of them matched the right brand image and guideline before sent them to many channels, for example monthly catalogues, special prints, online channels such as Facebook and posts on Oriflame website for 4 markets which are Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Myanmar. 

After checked then gave feedback to team, including (2 catalogue teams, 1 special print team, and my retouch team) and recheck until final before send out to campaign planning team. Earlier than that as a Junior Catalogue Designer was to execute designs based on each brand guideline and present to both supervisor and marketing team.
