Nicha is currently at AWS as Venture Capital Business Development Manager, with experience in the startup industry since 2012. She previously co-founded PrimeTime (Series A), a leading OTT startup in Thailand competing with iFlix and HOOQ, while also serving as the board of director for the startup handling company’s strategic direction and liasing with investors from publicly-listed companies, as well as other stakeholders. Aside from working in the startup industry, Nicha had also spent time working in FMCG, consumer service, retail, and entertainment industries. Functional experience includes strategy, deal negotiation (notable deals include Disney, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros), business development, product management, fundraising, working with legal team on legal negotiation, and distress negotiation.
