- Own and drive first in-house product designed to support investment process and portfolio analytics; product has successfully reduced manual effort from business team and cut 400+ emails monthly.
- Lead product vision, roadmap and planning efforts; define KPIs for products and pitch ideas to C-level committee.
- Translate business manual process to machine learning application; manage UX/UI design from end-to-end.
- Build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders including investment group, analytics team and engineers.
- Manage cultural change on data analytics; lead workshops and change team for Tableau data visualization adoptions and build dashboards to explain machine learning models results.

Co-founded and raised USD 10K from MIT Sandbox and additional USD 2K from Heinz College.

Developed prototype, product ideas, validated user need, and identified market segmentation with the guidance from MIT Sandbox Mentors.
